Arne Liljedahl Director & Board Chairman
Arne has broad experience within the financial sector. He joined Nordea Bank in 1983 and was a member of Nordea’s Group Executive Management and Group CFO for many years. He retired from Nordea Bank in 2008. Arne was a Board member of the Swedish Bankers’ Association between 2002 and 2008 and Vice Chairman from 2005.
Arne was a Founding Partner of ERC, European Resolution Capital Partners. ERC was established in 2008 to focus on providing advisory services to banks within NPL management, providing “good bank/bad bank“ solutions, as well as actively assisting leading European financial institutions in managing problem exposures on a large scale.
From 2009 to 2013 Arne was the Chairman of Carnegie Investment Bank, a leading independent investment bank with Nordic focus. Between 2010 and 2013 he was also the Chairman of the Swedish Housing Finance Corporation, SBAB. In addition, he is a Board member of the Lindorff Group, a leading outsourced receivables management company in Europe.
Arne holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Uppsala University in Sweden
